Finish Strong Together was a weekend-long COVID-19 vaccination event that helped the Gwinnett community finish the year so much stronger than it started, all while giving them a little extra holiday spending money.

More than 5,000 residents received vaccinations over the 72-hour period, making our community safer and stronger for all.

Timing and Details

From Friday, December 10 to Sunday, December 12, Finish Strong Together will host vaccine clinics for adults and kids ages 5 and older. We will have pediatric and adult first-dose and second-dose shots as well as boosters for those who are eligible.

Any Gwinnett resident who gets a vaccine at one of the locations below will receive a $100 gift card to help with holiday expenses. Gift cards will be available while supplies last.

Vaccines are free. ID and insurance cards are not required but encouraged if you have them. We also encourage you to bring your CDC vaccination card if you’ve already received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

Vaccines for kids ages 5 to 11, adolescents ages 12 to 17, and adults will be available at:

We no longer have adult dosage of the Pfizer vaccine.

Patients between 5-11 years old can only receive Pfizer pediatric dose, which we have available.

Patients between 12-17 years old can only recieve the Pfizer adult dose, so we do not have in stock at this time.

Patients 18 years and older can receive Moderna as their second dose in place of Pfizer.

Patients 18 years and older can receive Moderna or J&J for their booster dose in place of a Pfizer.

These substitutes are safe and approved.
